In a Facebook live video of Miss Philippines-Earth 2016 Imelda Bautista Schweighart drew the attentions of the netizens after likening President Rodrigo Duterte to Adolf Hitler.
In the video, she asked Miss Earth Austria 2016 Kimberly Budinsky if Hitler is also an Austrian.
